Licensees initially licensed within the biennium are exempt from the CE requirements for renewal with the exception of the two (2) hour course relating to prevention of medical errors and one (1) hour of HIV/AIDS.

Medical Errors - Additional requirement of continuing education for initial licensure and renewal of license: 2 hours in the area of medical error prevention is required for initial license and renewal of license. Becoming a Continuing Education Provider

All provider applications and renewals must be submitted electronically to the Department of Health at www.cebroker.com. Attachments to the application, which cannot be sent electronically, may be submitted by mail after the application is submitted electronically.
