Notice: EMT/Paramedic Recertifications will be mailed the second week of September.

IMPORTANT: December 1, 2006, was the last day of the certification renewal cycle for Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics. Any certificate-holder whose renewal request was postmarked prior to Midnight on December 1, 2006, is considered to have timely renewed and may continue to practice. Our license look-up screen will not reflect the new certification expiration date until the Department of Health has processed the renewal application. Please recheck the website on or after December 15, 2006. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, all certificates should be renewed and processed by that date if the renewal requests were postmarked by December 1, 2006.
