Renewal for Paramedic
Current licenses will expire at midnight, Eastern Time, on December 1, 2008.
The process of renewing a certification may take two (2) to three (3) weeks. Initiating contact to confirm the receipt of fees or the status of your certification prior to this time will not expedite the renewal process.
An active certification may only be changed to a voluntary inactive status during the certification renewal cycle.
Voluntary inactive certification holders will not receive a renewal notice.
This profession is not eligible for retired status.

An application for recertification received by the department more than 180 days after the expiration date of the certificate shall be denied. Such certificate holder is ineligible for recertification and must meet the requirements for initial certification.

MQA Online Services: Renewal cycle is now open. To renew online, your certificate must be in a clear/active status. The only form of online payment accepted is a credit card. You may renew your Certificate utilizing
FLHealthSource.com on the Internet or by
mail using the U. S. Postal Service.
FLHealthSource.com allows you to make address changes and renew your clear/active Certificate however, it does not allow you to renew online if you are changing your Certificate status or renewing an expired Certificate. To renew your Certificate and/or change your address, you will need your User ID and Password. If you do not know your User ID and/or Password, you can login by answering a set of security questions.
