Current licenses will expire at midnight, Eastern Time, on the last day of the birth month for
each licensee.
The process of renewing a license may
take two (2) to three (3) weeks. Initiating
contact to confirm the receipt of fees or the status of your license
prior to this time will not expedite the renewal process.
Delinquent (Expired) and Inactive licensees will not
receive a renewal notice.
An active license may only be changed to an inactive
status during the licensees renewal cycle.
This profession is not eligible for retired status.

A certificate that has been inactive or expired for 10 years or more automatically becomes NULL and VOID and may not be reactivated.

Requirements:
For requirements to reactivate your license, inactive to active, contact
the Board Staff. If you are adding or
removing a status, such as paying a delinquency fee or changing a
license status please see the fee schedules included with your renewal
notice or contact Medical Quality Assurance Call Center at (850)
488-0595 press 3, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.
MQA Online Services: Renewal cycle is now open. To renew your license online, go to FLHealthSource.com . Address Changes may be made online at any time.
To renew online your license must be in a clear/active. Expired and inactive licensees cannot renew online. The only form of online payment accepted is a credit card. You may renew your license utilizing FLHealthSource.com on the Internet or by mail using the U. S. Postal Service.
FLHealthSource.com allows you to make address changes and renew your clear/active license however, it does not allow you to renew online if you are changing your license status or renewing an expired license. To renew your license and/or change your address, you will need your User ID and Password. If you do not know your User ID and/or Password, you can login by answering a set of security questions.
