Renewal for Medical Doctors In-Training (Group 2)
Note* - Licensed physicians who hold the postgraduate training modifier are required to provide a letter confirming continued program participation from the Director of Medical Education to renew their medical license at the reduced fee.
Current licenses will expire at midnight, Eastern Time (ET), on January 31, 2009.
The process of renewing a license may take two (2) to three (3) weeks. Initiating contact to confirm the receipt of fees or the status of your license prior to this time will not expedite the renewal process.
Reactivation Requirements: For requirements to reactivate your license, inactive to active, contact the Board Staff.

Delinquent licenses expiring on January 31, 2005 become null and void on February 1, 2007.

E-Renewal Renewal cycle closed. Address changes may be made online at anytime.

You may renew your license by mail using the U. S. Postal Service. FLHealthSource.com is available to licensees that have no changes.
E-Renewal: Open for renewal cycle from 10/12/06 through 1/31/07, midnight. Address changes may be made online at any time.
E-Renewal allows you to make address changes. E-Renewal does not allow you to renew online by adding or removing a status, paying a delinquency fee or changing a license status. E-Renewal will require the following information:
A licensee who remains on inactive status for more than two consecutive biennial licensure cycles and who wishes to reactivate the license may be required to demonstrate the competency to resume active practice by sitting for a special purpose examination or by completing other reactivation requirements.
