Renal for Naturopathic Physician

Current licenses will expire at midnight, Eastern Time, on September 30, 2008.

The process of renewing a license may take two (2) to three (3) weeks.  Initiating contact to confirm the receipt of fees or the status of your license prior to this time will not expedite the renewal process.

Delinquent licenses expiring on 9/30/04 become null and void on 10/1/06.

MEDICAL ERRORS REDUCTION: Additional requirement of continuing education for initial licensure and renewal of license: 2 hours in the area of medical error prevention is required for initial license and renewal of license. This requirement is not in addition to the continuing education hours required for renewal, but a part of.

A licensee who remains on inactive status for more than two consecutive biennial licensure cycles and who wishes to reactivate the license may be required to demonstrate the competency to resume active practice by sitting for a special purpose examination or by completing other reactivation requirements.
