September 30,
2006. The renewal of your license will be affected by
continuing education tracking through the CE Broker system
beginning with the October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2006
licensure cycle.

Changes to Your Practice Act
Chapter 456.013(7), Florida Statutes, requires the completion of
a 2-hour course in the prevention of medical errors as part of
the initial licensure and renewal process.
