Client Services and Central Records
These units were created to increase efficiency by centralizing certain
functions common to all MQA Board offices. In centralizing these functions, we were
charged with the responsibility of streamlining our processes.
| Licensure Certification |
Provides written certification of the licensure status and/or
disciplinary history of Division of Medical Quality Assurance licensees.
Certification may also be provided stating an individual is not a
licensee (Certification of Non-Licensure). |
| Public Records |
Responds to requests for copies of public documents generated
as a result of the application and disciplinary processes. |
| License Data Information (ordering
lists or
CDs) |
Provides license holder basic information located in the electronic
database of the Department of Health regarding licensees and candidates for examination.

| Final Order Processing |
Receives, files, serves and distributes orders of the
boards/councils licensing and regulating health care practitioners. |
