payment will be expected from the requestor within thirty
days.

Research charges will only apply if research and
reproduction time exceeds 30 minutes. The hourly research
rate will be based on the level of the employee performing
the research. The charges will accrue in quarter hours (e.g.
if the employee earns an hourly rate of $10.00/hour,
research time will be charged at $2.50 per quarter hour).
