The Council is comprised of five members appointed by the Board of Medicine, three are licensed dietitians, one is a nutrition counselor, and one is a consumer member. Since this Council serves as a "quasi judicial" entity on licensure issues, contact with the members may cause the members to be recused from administrative proceedings. Staff will direct inquiries, when appropriate to the full board for review.

Allen Hall - Executive Director - Handles the administration of seven (7) professions, including legislative and budget issues.
Ivy Shivers - Regulatory Supervisor - Supervises dietetic/nutrition staff and administrative support staff. Available when other staff members are out of the office. 245-4373 ext 4372

Marquita Walker - Administrative Secretary - Provides general assistance to callers and directs them to appropriate staff.

Licensure Services - Handles Account ID and Passwords and licensure status request.
Communication Services - Handles the mailing of application and laws and rules requests (use our online Application and Information Request order form) address changes and name changes.
