Applications must be received, reviewed and in a “COMPLETE” status by
the application deadline date in order to be considered for a particular
examination date.
Florida law allows 30 days from the date of receipt of your application to
notify you of your status. You will be notified in writing if any additional
documentation is required to complete your application.
The Chairperson of the Council can recommend that an applicant appear before
the board when his or her application is considered. This recommendation is
generally based on affirmative answers on the application relating to
substance abuse, malpractice, criminal charges, or other issues of concern.
In such cases, it is absolutely critical that the application be submitted
and completed as far in advance as possible of the candidate’s target exam
date or employment date.
Examination results are mailed out approximately six (6) weeks after the
date of examination. |
