Notice for Hurricane Cancellations - In the event of a natural disaster, such as a severe tropical storm or hurricane, in the local or general area of the scheduled Board meetings, please call (850) 245-4161 for confirmation of meeting dates and/or cancellations. Notices concerning cancellations will also be placed on this web page.

Any information to be provided in the Board’s agenda must be received by the Board office by the deadline date indicated above.

Meeting dates and locations are subject to change.

(Note: Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.)

You may request to be placed on the Board's Interested Parties list. The Board routinely sends out Agenda Outlines to interested parties by email 7-10 days prior to an upcoming board meeting. Copies of the full "public" agenda are also available, but are subject to a duplication fee. Be sure to include your email or in your request.
