Agenda Request

You may request to be placed on the Board’s Interested Parties list. The Board routinely sends out Notices of Meetings and Agenda outlines to interested parties 7-10 days prior to an upcoming Board meeting. Make sure you specify in your request that you are wanting to be added to the Occupational Therapy Interested Parties list. Please provide your complete mailing address, email address (if you wish to receive materials via email), and fax number. It is preferred to send out notices of meetings and agenda outlines via email whenever possible, so please provide your email address.
