The regulation of psychology
licensure is governed by and set forth in chapter 490, Florida Statutes, and chapter
64B19, Florida Administrative Code.

For licensure requirements, refer to sections 490.005 and
490.006, Florida Statutes (F.S.), and Rule 64B19-11, Florida Administrative
Code (F.A.C.), copies of which are enclosed in Section IV of the application
packet.
